The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the national independent regulator of financial services. Adept Vehicle Management are required by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) who regulate the financial services industry, to provide you with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD). This Document has a number of purposes, one of which is to ensure you are provided with essential information about us as a company, what we charge for our services, the products and services we offer and how we are regulated. The Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) should enable you to decide, whether or not the products and services we offer are suitable for your needs. In addition we are required to advise you on how to make a complaint should you need to do so.
Who We Are
Adept Vehicle Management is a trading style of Adept Vehicle Solutions Ltd, Company Registration Number 04571612. We are an independent vehicle finance broker and fleet management company and not a lender. As such we have relationships and offer products from a variety of ethical and reputable lenders.
Who Regulates Us
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), firm reference number FRN677446. You can verify this by contacting the FCA webpage, www.fca.org.uk or by telephoning them on 0800 111 6768.
What Financial Products Do We Offer
We offer a range of consumer hire and consumer credit vehicle services and products from a range of selected leasing companies and credit providers. We may receive a commission or fee for this service, details on request. We do not charge for any of our broker-related services. If you order a vehicle, you will enter into a lease agreement with one of our partner finance providers/lenders. We are paid a commission by the finance provider/lender, once the agreement is live. The commission we receive maybe pre-set but can vary and may impact the amount payable by the customer. Adept Vehicle Management Limited are a broker and not a lender. What We Will Do For You
We will provide comparable details on services and products, together with general credit information based on the information you provide, to allow you to make an informed decision. It is therefore imperative to provide accurate and relevant information throughout the process.
What We Will Charge
We do not charge a fee for our services, however you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you have ordered a vehicle and the dealer or manufacturer imposes a charge.
What Insurance Products Do We Offer
We are also authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN677446) for the arranging of general insurance contracts.

o Insured products – Guaranteed Asset Protection
o Non-insured products – Extended Warranty, Breakdown Recovery
What We Will Do For You – Insurance products
· We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs for
o Insured products – Guaranteed Asset Protection
o Non-insured products – Extended Warranty, Breakdown Recovery
What Will We Charge – Insurance products
· We do not charge a fee for our services
o You will receive a quotation which will inform you of any policy related fees and charges
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme?
For insured products only, we are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends upon the type of business and circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.
